Original documents issued by UK courts (with original seal/stamp) can be submitted to us directly for legalisation without the need for certification by a UK notary or solicitor.

Photocopies of these documents must be produced in the UK and signed in the UK by a practising UK notary public or solicitor as being true copies of the original documents before they are submitted to us for legalisation.
