Apostille Service

Birth Certificates, Marriage Certificates, and etc.

Such documents that are issued by the General Register Office ( GRO ) or local Registry Offices in the UK can be legalised; whereas the photocopies of these documents under any circumstances, even if they have been signed by a UK notary or solicitor practising in the UK or if they are attached to a notarial cover sheet can not be legalised.

Translations of GRO documents or death certificates issued by a UK coroner can also be legalised if they have been signed in the UK by a practising UK notary or solicitor. If a UK notary public or solicitor practising within the UK is signing a translation, they must sign in their own name and not use a company signature. They should clearly print their name and their firm's name under the signature.
